Small fishing village located at the tip of Pelješac peninsula, opposite island of Hvar. 17 km down the road from
Orebić.
Lovište was settled by Hvara fishermen in a bay sheltered from tha bad weather. Today Lovište favourite tourist
destination of all tourist seeking quiet vacation far from civilisation. Also, because of it's natural protection Lovište
is a shelter for many sailing boats and yachts during the summer.
What to see?
- Church of St. Mary's heart from 1885.
- numerous small coves (Pržna, Česminova, Križica, Rasoha, Bezdija) with beaches
- Mirce hamlet
