Viganj is locatd 8 km west of Orebića, in a large bay north of St. Liberan cape, at the edge of the fertile flysch zone and is recognizeable for visible remains of long maritime tradition. Turned towards the sun, Viganj is in one beautiful Mediterranean garden, rich in flowers and vegetation that have been brought by mariners from their journeys to their loved ones as presents.

What to see?

• Not far from Viganj, on St. John cape there is a church bearing the same name with a beautiful view of Pelješac canal.
• sv.Ilija mountain
• Nakrana village and look-out point

Where to stay?

Viganj has 300 beds in private accomodation (rooms and apartments) and various restaurants for. Auto-camps have capacity for further 2000 guests.

• Every summer there is windsurfing competition that gathers surfers from all over Croatia and surrounding countries
• Above Viganj there is a trail that leads to the villages Basina, Kovačevići, Kraljevića Selo, Sepetino Selo, Podac i Dol.
